About
A brand and product ecosystem built around $YAWN, a meme coin fronted by Yawn, a permanently sleepy character who missed his shot at joining the big NFT clubs and decided to build his own empire instead. We designed the full experience around him: the staking platform, the rewards dashboard, the token story, and a real-world spinoff energy drink line, all pulled together under one loud, playful visual world.

Challenge
Most crypto sites lean hard into charts, whitepapers, and jargon that only make sense if you're already in the space, which shuts out exactly the newcomers a project like this needs. $YAWN also had a lot of moving parts to hold together: staking tiers, a rewards dashboard, tokenomics, a backstory for the mascot, and an actual physical product in the energy drink line. The site needed to explain all of it clearly while still feeling fun enough that people would want to stick around and read.

Solution
We built the whole thing around Yawn as a character first and a token second. His story (he slept through his invite to the big NFT clubs and is now building his own thing instead) gives every section a reason to exist, from staking tiers named Tired, Sleepy, and Exhausted to rewards that mix crypto perks with plush dolls and branded merch. The staking flow and dashboard stay simple and easy to read so first-time users can follow along without friction, while bold colors, hand-drawn illustrations, and comic-style story panels keep the tone light throughout. We carried the same character, palette, and voice into the Yawn Energy drink microsite, so the token, the mascot, and the physical product all read as one brand instead of three separate ideas.
