About Cosmos Studio

Agents are easy to demo and hard to trust

Gartner expects a third of enterprise software to include agentic AI by 2028, yet also predicts that over 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027. Surveys show the same gap: many companies experiment with agents, few scale them, and trust in fully autonomous agents is falling. The blocker is rarely the model. It is the experience around it.

Cosmos Studio designs that experience. We decide what the agent shows before it acts, when it asks for approval, how users follow its progress, how they fix its mistakes and how teams control what it is allowed to do. Our AI product work includes the Loamly AI-native CRM and the SoloChat AI assistant for macOS.

Users see the plan before the agent acts

We design how the agent presents its plan, which steps need approval, and how users edit or reject it, so high-risk actions never happen by surprise and low-risk ones do not slow people down.

How is agentic UX different from chatbot design?

A chatbot answers; an agent acts. Agentic UX covers what happens around those actions: plans users can review, approvals, progress, logs, permissions, undo and recovery when something goes wrong.

How do you decide when an agent should ask for approval?

We map each action by risk and reversibility. Low-risk, reversible steps can run on their own; risky or irreversible ones need approval or a clear warning. Teams can then adjust autonomy levels by role or task.

Can you add agent features to our existing SaaS?

Yes. We design the agent layer inside your current product and design system, so it feels like part of the product rather than a separate chat window.

Do you deliver coded prototypes and front-end?

Yes. We build interactive prototypes and production front-ends in React and Next.js. Your team or our senior backend partners handle models, tools and infrastructure.
